What it is
RunKarobar (formerly StaffHQ) grew from a staff-attendance product into a full business operating system for retail. Each organization picks the modules it needs — POS, inventory, finance, HRMS, online store — and pays for a plan that unlocks them.
The HR side handles face-recognition + GPS-verified attendance, leave workflows, tasks, expenses, and payslips. The retail side covers products and variants, per-branch stock, POS billing, orders, customers, coupons, and reports — and every org can switch on a public storefront at its own subdomain with OTP login and checkout.
Alongside the web app, a companion mobile app is live in production use, and shops run a native Windows desktop POS — a lightweight Tauri shell with silent direct-to-printer ESC/POS receipts and labels, kiosk mode, and auto-updates.
